For more than 25 years, I’ve helped athletes and executives move better, feel stronger, and perform at their best. My focus today is golf performance — helping players unlock more distance, reduce pain, and extend the years they can play at a high level. What started as strength training evolved into a science-based method that connects mobility, power, and recovery for long-term results on and off the course.

My Background

I’m a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certified Golf Fitness Specialist, NASM Master Trainer, and Precision Nutrition Coach. I’ve trained professional athletes, weekend warriors, and business leaders who expect the same discipline from their body that they bring to their work. The Train Smart Method was built to bridge that gap — between elite performance and everyday life. Every assessment, workout, and nutrition plan is individualized to help golfers move efficiently, build real strength, and stay healthy enough to play the game they love for decades.

My Philosophy

Golf is a game of precision, rhythm, and control — and your body should reflect that. I don’t believe in generic workouts or crash diets. I believe in systems that work — rooted in biomechanics, nutrition, and consistency. My goal is simple: Build strong, mobile, pain-free golfers who perform better and live better.
